Job summary

Superhuman is seeking a Senior TPM to drive the technical programs behind Central Infrastructure and the Trampoline initiative, delivering a unified foundation for identity, billing, provisioning, and data systems that power Mail, Docs, GPTZero, and Go.

You will coordinate across engineering, product, growth, RevOps, and Finance, turning ambiguous, multi-team workstreams into a sequenced roadmap with clear owners and milestones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years driving cross-functional technical programs in fast-scaling technology companies.
• Deep comfort with platform and infrastructure domains (identity, billing, provisioning, data pipelines).
• Track record designing scalable systems, frameworks, or operating models.
• Ability to translate between engineering, product, RevOps, and Finance stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating programs with multiple team dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical program for Central Infra with clear ownership and timelines.
• Serve as the connective tissue between Central Infra DRIs and other teams, translating requirements.
• Drive the core infrastructure substrate path to unblock downstream delivery.
• Define standard onboarding playbooks for identity, data, and billing across new products.
• Run the Central Infra operating cadence with planning, tracking, and DACI.
• Develop instrumentation and reporting to show progress against trampoline outcomes.
