Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical program management experience in complex, multi-team environments.
• 7+ years directly managing TPMs or TPM managers; scale-building experience preferred.
• Proven ability to partner with engineering, product, security, legal, and finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive 2–3 high-priority programs across infrastructure.
• Build and mentor TPMs; transition programs to the team as you hire.
• Set program standards, processes, and playbooks to improve execution.
• Represent TPM status, risks, and resource needs to leadership.
