Job summary

Fin is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for Enterprise Systems to drive complex, multi-team programs from initiation through go-live and stabilisation. You will collaborate with Finance, Billing, and People teams and partner with architects and engineers to turn ambiguous problems into concrete, funded plans.

The role requires balancing business cycles (month-end, quarter-end, year-end) with a focus on governance, risk, and change management to ensure successful adoption and ongoing

Qualifications

6+ years managing technical programs from initiation to go-live.
Strong program management fundamentals: planning, sequencing, risk management, and status reporting.
Experience delivering multiple concurrent workstreams without scope creep or delays.
Direct experience with Finance and People systems, especially NetSuite and Workday.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of Fin's Enterprise Systems programs across multiple teams.
Partner with Finance, Billing and People to translate problems into solutions.
Shape initiatives, define scope, success measures, and prioritize work.
Plan around month-end, quarter-end and year-end cycles and manage risk.
Lead change, governance, and enablement to ensure adoption after go-live.
