Job summary

Meta is seeking a Technical Program Manager to own transformation of its Infra software stack, partnering with Engineering and Product leadership to shape the technical roadmap for the platforms you own, drive the design and rollout of the interfaces those platforms expose, and own end-to-end delivery and adoption with the partner teams who build on top of them.

Qualifications

BS in Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent experience.
12+ years in software engineering, systems engineering, or technical product/program management.
Experience delivering technical platforms or infrastructure software from inception to production adoption.
Experience leading large-scale cross-functional programs with organizational impact.
Experience driving strategic technical initiatives and influencing roadmaps across multiple teams.
Experience with platform or developer-facing software and onboarding of external teams.
Experience with AI/ML or agentic systems and translating requirements into platform decisions.
Executive-level communication and ability to influence senior leadership.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and define structure for multi-quarter programs.
Experience mentoring other TPMs and building cross-time zone relationships.

Responsibilities

Own technical program management for a core area of Meta's infrastructure software stack, including platform strategy and delivery.
Partner with Engineering and Product to define multi-quarter roadmaps and review API/interface designs.
Drive platform adoption end-to-end, defining onboarding paths and reducing integration friction.
Translate internal customer needs into platform requirements and broker prioritization.
Define and instrument metrics for platform success and use them to drive decisions.
Lead technical discussions and act as a thought leader in reviews; collaborate with engineering leaders.
Identify systemic problems across org boundaries and build lightweight operational constructs.
Perform risk assessment, risk mitigation, and change management across concurrent programs.
Articulate technical vision to stakeholders up to VP level and milestones.
Provide hands-on program management through design, development, testing, rollout, and post-launch.
Mentor and raise the bar for other TPMs and influence TPM practice across the organization.
