Job summary

Superhuman Labs, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for Platform Central Infrastructure in a hybrid role. You will own end-to-end programs spanning identity, billing, provisioning, and data systems that power all Superhuman products.

You will coordinate across engineering, product, growth, RevOps, and Finance to define roadmaps, manage dependencies, and drive a scalable, reusable platform foundation that enables rapid product growth and reliable operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years driving complex, cross-functional technical programs in fast-scaling technology companies.
• Deep comfort with platform and infrastructure domains, including identity, billing, provisioning, and data pipelines.
• Proven track record designing scalable systems and processes that enable rapid, reliable integration.
• Fluent across engineering, product, growth, RevOps, and Finance to align on technical priorities.
• Self-starter who can identify gaps and chart the path forward in ambiguous, multi-owner spaces.
• Data-informed decision making and capacità to motivate teams across a matrix.
• Experience coordinating programs with 3+ team dependencies across organizational boundaries.
• Thrives in ambiguity and maintains momentum toward strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical programs for Central Infra, coordinating identity (UMS), billing (Stripe), provisioning, SKU, and data workstreams.
• Serve as the connective tissue between Central Infra DRIs and product, growth, RevOps, and Finance teams, translating requirements into priorities.
• Drive core infrastructure milestones so downstream systems are unblocked in the right sequence.
• Define standard onboarding playbooks for new or acquired products to reach a common infrastructure baseline.
• Run the Central Infra operating cadence: planning, weekly status, escalations, and DACI documentation.
• Develop program instrumentation and reporting to show delivery against trampoline outcomes.
