PTR Global is seeking a Technical Program Manager who blends strong operational discipline with technical depth to lead infrastructure engineers, architects, and cybersecurity professionals while staying focused on execution and business outcomes.

The TPM will drive governance, delivery, and large-scale transformation programs across Platform Engineering, Infrastructure Services, Enterprise Architecture, and Cyber Security, coordinating cross-functional dependencies and reporting to technology

Qualifications

8+ years of experience leading large-scale technology programs.
5+ years supporting infrastructure engineering, platform engineering, cloud engineering, enterprise architecture, or enterprise technology organizations.
Experience coordinating work across engineering, cyber security, architecture, operations, and development teams.
Proven ability to drive execution and accountability in matrixed organizations without direct authority.

Responsibilities

Drive execution, governance, and delivery of complex technology initiatives across Platform Engineering, Infrastructure Services, Enterprise Architecture, Cyber Security, and Application Development organizations.
Coordinate large-scale transformation programs and manage cross-functional dependencies.
Facilitate executive communications and accountability for key strategic initiatives.
