Superhuman is seeking a Senior TPM in New York to lead the Central Infra program, building the shared identity, billing, provisioning, and data foundation used by all products. You will chart a sequenced roadmap with engineering DRIs and product, growth, RevOps, and Finance partners to ensure alignment and progress from day one.

Qualifications

• 5+ years driving complex, cross-functional technical programs in fast-scaling technology companies.
• Deep comfort with platform and infrastructure domains and ability to advocate for technical direction.
• Experience designing scalable frameworks, playbooks, or operating models.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical program for Central Infra, coordinating identity (UMS), billing (Stripe), provisioning, SKU, and data workstreams into a single, sequenced roadmap.
• Serve as the primary connective tissue between Central Infra engineering DRIs and product, growth, RevOps, and Finance teams.
• Drive the core infrastructure substrate to enable downstream systems to be unblocked in the right order.
• Make product integration repeatable with a standard onboarding playbook for identity, data, and billing.
• Run the Central Infra cadence: planning, weekly updates, escalations, and DACI governance.
• Develop instrumentation and reporting to show progress against trampoline outcomes.
