Job summary

Xometry, a NASDAQ-listed company, seeks a Staff Technical Program Manager to lead a high-stakes enterprise partnership and embed Xometry’s AI into a partner ecosystem. You will oversee ideation-to-delivery threads across PLM environments and bridge engineering, data science, and product in a global deployment.

The role requires 3 days-a-week in North Bethesda, MD or Waltham, MA, with mentorship of TPMs and development of best practices to scale our AI-native platform across partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of TPM/Eng Mgmt or PM experience in cross-functional software initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or ME; advanced degree a plus.
• Experience with PLM, CAD, or industrial SaaS ecosystems.
• Proven ability to manage deep-tier integrations (API-level and native).
• Strong stakeholder influence across Data Scientists, Engineers, and executives.
• Proficiency with Jira and data-visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end management of the Partnership Program.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Data Science, and Product.
• Identify and mitigate technical and jurisdictional risks.
• Produce crisp executive readouts for leadership.
• Mentor future TPM hires and codify best practices.
• Update integration playbooks to scale AI-native platforms.
