Job summary

Xometry is seeking a Sr. Technical Program Manager to architect and improve the operational framework for high-impact projects across Pricing & Manufacturability, CAD/Drawing AI, and ML models. You will partner with Engineering, Product, Data Science, and Business Operations to drive end-to-end delivery.

In this role, you will shape TPM practices, manage risk and milestones, and communicate outcomes to senior leadership, aligning efforts with company growth in a hybrid office setting in MD/MA.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical program management across software initiatives.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams with engineers, product, and data science.
• Familiar with SDLC practices and ML delivery lifecycle.
• Ability to communicate executive-ready updates.

Responsibilities

• own end-to-end program management for pricing & manufacturability portfolio, including Auto-Quote pricing/cost, DFM, Drawing AI, and ML model work.
• drive program planning from concept through execution and post-launch analysis.
• partner with Engineering, Product, Data Science/ML, Operations, Sales, and Finance to set goals and milestones.
• translate CAD/geometry/DFM/Drawing AI work into a sequenced plan clarifying ownership across models and product UX.
• implement lightweight, rigorous PM processes to increase speed, transparency, and accountability across squads.
• lead risk management, data labeling capacity, latency, and go-live readiness.
