Job summary

Internet Brands, headquartered in El Segundo, CA, seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead AI-focused, cross‑functional initiatives across Legal Marketing brands. You’ll drive programs with AI tooling, balance strategic judgment with execution, and partner with engineering to ensure quality and scalable delivery.

You bring 7+ years of technical PM experience, Agile, and a proven track record delivering complex programs in SaaS.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical project management at a technology company, incl. 3+ years leading software development
• Experience with LLM-based agents or AI workflows in production
• Experience evaluating AI systems (accuracy, drift) and informing decisions
• Technical depth to read engineering proposals and discuss tooling strategies
• Strong bias for action in ambiguous environments with incomplete information
• Proven track record of leading complex programs in cross-functional teams using agile methods
• BS/BA degree in computer science or technical disciplines

Responsibilities

• Lead solutioning and technical reviews for programs using AI agents
• Drive capacity planning, dependencies, and schedules with planning agents
• Own cross-team scheduling and manage bottlenecks with AI surfaces
• Make scope and resourcing trade-offs when AI surfaces options
• Lead program delivery including planning, scope coverage, and launch readiness
• Drive stakeholder communication on progress, risk, and KPIs
• Lead knowledge management for the program with auto-extraction pipelines
• Shape AI tooling roadmap and surface real-world feedback
• Design and operate evals for AI agents and ensure quality decisions
• Promote consistent program mgmt practices across the TPM function
• Drive AI adoption within program teams and coach on usage
