Teradata is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to drive multi-team technical programs across the product portfolio, from kickoff to launch. You will build detailed plans, track milestones, and coordinate with product, engineering, and business partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical program management in enterprise software or cloud/data analytics.
• Experience coordinating multi-team delivery across engineering teams.

Responsabilités

• Own planning, execution, and delivery tracking for complex programs spanning multiple teams.
• Build program plans, dependencies, risks, and milestone dashboards.
• Facilitate cross-team coordination and decision-making with leadership.
• Translate status updates for product leadership and engineering audiences.
• Identify delivery risks and lead retrospectives for process improvement.
• Coordinate launch readiness across engineering, QA, docs, support, and GTM teams.
• Maintain program metrics and surface trade-offs for leadership.
• Apply foundational AI skills to enhance productivity and impact.
