Job summary

Equinix’s Digital and Innovation Office seeks a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager to run complex, multi-team programs with limited oversight. You will mentor PMs, shape PMO practices, and drive end-to-end delivery across technical and business teams, leveraging AI to accelerate planning, reporting, and decision making.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of technical program or project management experience with a demonstrated track record running large, complex programs with multiple teams and external dependencies.
• Strong ability to manage scope, schedule, risk, procurement, vendor relations and closure across organizational boundaries.
• Excellent communicator with practical, outcomes-driven mindset for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, high-priority, cross-functional programs end-to-end with limited oversight.
• Mentor junior PMs within the PMO and shape program management practice across the Digital and Innovation Office.
• Define and publish communication plans; facilitate decision making and resolve cross-team conflicts.
• Lead or support steering committees, program reviews, and executive briefings.
• Use AI tools to accelerate status reporting, risk synthesis, and documentation; drive scalable PM workflows.
