Job summary

International Towers, LLC, part of the S&K Technologies family, seeks a senior Tower Technician (Level Four) to lead installation, maintenance, and repair across US sites. You will guide projects, troubleshoot complex issues, and enforce safety protocols to protect people and infrastructure.

You will collaborate with engineering teams and clients to deliver high-quality service, maintain tower integrity, and ensure continuous wireless communications while complying with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Four years of tower climbing and telecom equipment experience.
• Valid tower climbing certification and OSHA 10/30 training.
• Ability to work at heights over 200 feet in varying weather.
• Clean, valid driver's license and ability to pass background/drug checks.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications towers and antennas.
• Conduct inspections and diagnostics to resolve structural or technical issues.
• Lead and mentor junior technicians on safety and technical tasks.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients on tower projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety regs, standards, and company policies.
• Document work, maintain records, and report project status and issues.
• Operate specialized tools safely at heights and in various conditions.
