Job summary

InfraServices in Minnesota is seeking a Tower Technician III to lead on-site crews installing, maintaining, and repairing wireless towers. The role requires advanced technical knowledge, strong leadership, and a focus on safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

You will train team members, coordinate site activities, read construction drawings and RF specs, perform tests (sweep, PIM, fiber), and travel to multiple job sites, occasionally overnight.

Qualifications

• Three to five years in wireless tower construction/maintenance or field services.
• Experience overseeing crews and supporting field operations.
• Ability to complete complex tower work independently and guide others.
• OSHA 30 Construction Training Card; First Aid and CPR Certification; Competent Rigging and Hoisting Certification.
• Other relevant certifications may be required per scope of work.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site tower crews, ensuring safety, scope adherence, and quality.
• Climb towers and work up to 500 feet.
• Install, align, and troubleshoot antennas, radios, cables, connectors, and mounts.
• Read construction drawings and RF specs accurately and implement as specified.
• Perform sweep, fiber, and PIM testing and troubleshoot systems.
• Mentor and train less experienced team members; coordinate site activities.
• Travel to job sites, including overnight stays.
