Job summary

InfraServices is seeking a Tower Technician II to perform advanced installation, maintenance, and repair of wireless towers and related infrastructure. You will work at elevations up to 500 feet, lead site tasks, and mentor junior technicians, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion.

The role requires ability to travel to job sites, interpret RF data and scopes of work, and maintain rigorous documentation and safety practices on every project.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One to two years in wireless tower construction or maintenance.
• Ability to work at heights and lead on-site tasks.
• Relevant safety certifications such as OSHA 10, First Aid/CPR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Climb towers and work up to 500 feet with safety protocols.
• Install, test, and maintain antennas, radios, and mounts.
• Lead or assist in assembling monopoles, self-support, and guyed towers.
• Maintain rigging, hoisting practices and perform weatherproofing/fiber tests.
• Travel to job sites, complete timecards and safety documentation.
