Job summary

ADB Companies, LLC seeks a Level III Tower Technician with at least 2 years in the wireless industry. You will climb towers safely, identify RF issues, test with PIM/Sweep equipment, and help train junior technicians under supervision.

A strong safety mindset and ALL IN attitude are essential. You will travel nationwide to decommission and install wireless infrastructure, work with RF systems, and support mentoring from senior technicans and foremen.

Qualifications

• Requires able to climb towers, work at heights, and follow safety procedures.
• Experience with RF configurations, testing, and troubleshooting on towers.
• Requires OSHA10, First Aid/CPR, and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Decommission a tower and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform PIM, RF Sweep, and Fiber tests from the tower top.
• Install and route coax, trunks, and jumpers; rig towers in Class III/IV scenarios.
