Job summary

Sagent is seeking a Senior Manager, Total Rewards to lead payroll and benefits operations in the United States. You will review U.S. payroll, administer benefits programs, and maintain accurate employee data across Rippling and carrier systems.

This hands-on role includes annual open enrollment, rate updates, provider feeds, audits, and process improvements. You will partner with HR, Finance, brokers, and carriers to resolve complex issues and strengthen controls.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in total rewards, benefits, or payroll with senior-level ownership of complex processes.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve U.S. payroll before submission, validating changes and reconciliations.
• Oversee benefits administration, including rate updates and deductions.
• Manage enrollment feeds to carriers and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Lead annual open enrollment and post-enrollment reconciliation.
• Maintain audit trails and improve processes for a compliant employee experience.
