Job summary

Sagent is seeking a Senior Manager, Total Rewards in the United States to lead payroll and benefits operations. You will review U.S. payroll, administer benefits programs, and maintain accurate employee data across Rippling and carriers.

You will oversee open enrollment, vendor coordination, and audit readiness while partnering with HR, Finance, brokers, and providers to strengthen controls and improve processes for a consistent employee experience.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in total rewards, benefits, or payroll operations at senior level.
• Ability to review and approve U.S. payroll and resolve discrepancies.
• Experience managing benefits carrier feeds and enrollment processes.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve U.S. payroll before submission and resolve discrepancies.
• Oversee benefits administration, rates, deductions and enrollment feeds.
• Lead annual open enrollment and vendor coordination.
• Maintain Rippling workflows, reporting, and data quality.
• Prepare payroll and benefits audit materials and support remediation.
