Job summary

Grow Therapy is seeking a Total Rewards Senior Manager to own compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs across the US and Canada. You will translate business priorities and market data into a cohesive rewards strategy that supports talent acquisition and retention, while ensuring equity and financial sustainability.

You’ll lead through expertise with partners across People Systems & Operations, Finance, Legal and Talent Acquisition, evolving leave strategy and program design as the company

Qualifications

• Progressive Total Rewards experience including compensation, benefits, leave or wellbeing programs.
• Ability to turn market data and financial constraints into a cohesive rewards strategy.
• Strong analytical, modeling, and data-driven decision skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and govern Grow’s Total Rewards strategy for US/Canada.
• Oversee compensation design, benchmarking, ranges, and job architecture.
• Lead reviews, budgets, guidelines, and calibration with stakeholders.
• Drive pay equity analyses and remediation with cross-functional partners.
• Design and govern benefits, wellness programs, and annual enrollment planning.
• Communicate policies clearly and enable scalable administration.
