Job summary

Bobrick Washroom Equipment Co. in North Hollywood, CA is seeking a Total Rewards Manager to drive strategy, design, and administration of compensation, benefits, wellness, and leave programs.

You will partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, and business leaders to deliver data-driven recommendations that attract, retain, and reward talent. You will lead governance, compliance, and analytics for Total Rewards, ensuring programs align with ERISA, ACA, and wage laws while optimizing costs and employee

Qualifications

• Five to eight years of progressively responsible experience in Total Rewards, compensation, benefits, or HR.
• Experience with job analysis, market pricing, salary structures, and compensation program administration.
• Experience administering health and welfare benefits, retirement plans, open enrollment, renewals, and vendor relationships.
• Strong knowledge of ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, ADA, FLSA and related compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop, administer, and continuously improve compensation and benefits programs and policies.
• Lead annual compensation planning, merit budgeting, bonus and incentive planning, and leadership recommendations.
• Oversee benefits renewal, open enrollment, vendor negotiations, and cost management.
• Provide Total Rewards governance, analytics, reporting, and business partner support to executives and HR leadership.
• Partner with Finance and HR leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and cost modeling for Total Rewards.
