Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on compensation experience.
• Strong project management skills to handle moderately to highly complex client engagements independently.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey compensation concepts to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Manage Complex Client Engagements: serve as project manager on high-value compensation projects requiring cross-functional collaboration.
• Execute Core Compensation Initiatives: support and manage projects from stakeholder alignment to policy documentation and communications training.
• Provide Compensation Consultation: interpret market data, advise on benchmarking, market pricing, salary structure, and job architecture.
• Facilitate Client Conversations: discuss findings and recommendations with client stakeholders, including senior leaders.
• Support Team Collaboration and Learning: share knowledge and mentor teammates, support onboarding and peer reviews.
• Collaborate Cross-functionally: partner across teams to deliver solutions and assist revenue teams on pursuits and renewals.
• Contribute to Process Improvement: identify gaps and propose improvements to raise service quality.
