XiFin is seeking a Senior Total Rewards Analyst to analyze self-funded plan claims, build financial models, and oversee vendor relationships. The role expands into compensation and total rewards strategy, including market pricing and pay equity, with onsite work options in San Diego, CA or Charleston, SC.

You will partner with HR operations and Finance to analyze benefits claims, model compensation, and support open enrollment planning while maintaining data confidentiality and driving process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 4 years in benefits, total rewards, or HR analytics, with self-funded plan experience.
• Strong Excel financial modeling skills.
• Experience with benefits compliance (ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA).
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsabilités

• Analyze self-funded plan analytics (claims, trends, costs, utilization).
• Build monthly/quarterly reporting on plan performance (budgets, IBNR, stop-loss).
• Develop budgets, renewals, and rate projections; contribute to compensation strategies.
• Support vendor relationships with brokers/TPAs/stop-loss carriers.
• Assist with RFPs, plan design modelling, and PBM transparency initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with ACA/ERISA/Transparency rules and open enrollment planning.
