Grow Therapy is seeking a Senior Total Rewards Lead to own the Total Rewards strategy across the U.S. and Canada, shaping compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs.

You will lead cycles, benchmark pay, manage equity design with Finance and Legal, and develop scalable policies and communications to ensure equitable rewards across the company.

Formación

• Significant progressive Total Rewards experience with deep compensation expertise and exposure to benefits or wellbeing.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and data judgment, with experience managing brokers, vendors, and renewals.
• Ability to influence leaders and explain complex rewards topics clearly.

• Own Total Rewards strategy across the U.S. and Canada, ensuring scalable and equitable rewards.
• Lead compensation cycles, market benchmarking, and pay equity analyses with Finance and Legal.

What We're Looking For:

• Significant progressive Total Rewards experience with deep compensation expertise and exposure to benefits or wellbeing.
