Job summary

CBRE in Dallas, TX is seeking a Total Rewards Sr. Analyst to support compensation systems and tools used by Total Rewards daily, focusing on planning, designing, evaluating, and administering employee compensation programs.

You will log tickets, assist with audits, create training materials, and provide guidance on complex compensation matters, working within standardized procedures to meet deadlines and contribute to CBRE's RISE values.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred, with 2–5 years of relevant experience.
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred.
Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment.
In-depth knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
Advanced math skills for complex calculations.

Responsibilities

Log and track work tickets with product suppliers or support organizations; explain system use to end users.
Partake in department audits and create reports.
Create correspondence, presentations, and training materials for end users.
Serve as compensation contact to provide guidance on complex matters.
Work within standardized procedures to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values.
