Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Dallas, TX is seeking a Senior Total Rewards Analyst to support compensation systems and tools used daily. This role is part of the Total Rewards team focusing on planning, designing, evaluating, and administering employee compensation programs.

You will log and track tickets, audit processes, and create training materials. You will provide guidance on complex compensation matters and work within standardized procedures to meet deadlines, modeling CBRE RISE values.

Responsibilities

• Log and track work tickets with product suppliers or support organizations. Provide end users with a detailed explanation of ways to use the systems more efficiently.
• Partake in department audits and create reports based on that information.
• Create correspondence, presentations, and other materials for end-user training.
• Serve as compensation contact to provide advice, direction, and guidance on complex compensation matters.
• Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems.
• Apply a broad knowledge of your own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
• Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
• Impact the quality of your own work and the work of others on the team.
• Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.

About the Role:

As a CBRE Total Rewards Sr. Analyst, you will support the compensation systems and tools that Total Rewards run day by day.
