Job summary

Servicon seeks a Senior Compensation Analyst to drive compensation design and administration nationwide. You will analyze market data, ensure internal equity, and translate findings into actionable recommendations in partnership with HR, Finance, and senior leaders.

You will influence pay practices to be competitive, compliant, and aligned with our philosophy while leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance analysis and reporting for multi-state teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Compensation, Finance, Consulting, or a similar analytical discipline.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, modeling, reporting, and validation.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and organizational skills with clear data interpretation.
• Experience with AI-enabled tools to improve compensation analyses.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain compensation programs, salary structures, and job architecture.
• Support salary ranges, salary grades, and market pricing databases.
• Design and support bonus, commission, and variable pay plans.
• Support annual merit and bonus planning processes.
• Analyze compensation data and prepare dashboards for HR leadership and stakeholders.
