Job summary

Servicon Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to design, implement, and administer compensation programs nationwide with a hands-on, data-driven approach.

You will partner with HR, Finance, and leadership to ensure equitable pay, conduct market analyses, and deliver clear recommendations. This hybrid role supports multi-state stakeholders and a commitment to total rewards excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years in Compensation, Finance, Consulting, or similar analytical discipline.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, modeling, reporting, and validation.
• Ability to interpret and communicate complex data clearly.
• Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve analysis.
• Experience with HRIS/ compensation management systems.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain compensation programs, salary structures, and job architecture.
• Conduct external market analyses and pricing using surveys and benchmarks.
• Perform pay equity and compression analyses and advise on offers.
• Partner with HR, Finance and leadership to ensure compliant, equitable pay.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
