Workday, Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst to own analytics that explain how our products drive growth.

You will enable data-driven decisions by centralizing reporting into a single source of truth and translating complex data into clear narratives for senior leadership. You will report to the Director, Topline Finance Analytics and collaborate with Enterprise Data Analytics, Product Finance, and GTM teams to link product performance to revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of progressive experience in strategic finance or data analytics.
• Hands-on SQL experience and ability to turn data into clear, compelling narratives.

Responsibilities

• Own product performance reporting with recurring KPI views (bookings, ARR, attach rates, win rates).
• Lead deep dives on executive questions, design analyses, and present defensible findings to senior leadership.
• Untangle large, complex datasets from sources with discrepancies; validate data and build a reliable foundation.
