Job summary

Hunt Companies, Inc. is seeking a Workday Lead Report Developer to design, govern, and optimize enterprise reporting across the Workday Financials ecosystem.

The role requires expert-level Workday reporting skills, strong accounting judgment, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions. You will lead development of cross-functional reporting, manage complex data, and drive real-time decision support across finance functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Data Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Accounting.
• 8+ years of Workday Financials experience including Accounting Center, PRISM Analytics.
• Hands-on experience with advanced Workday reporting tools and integration frameworks.
• SOX-compliant reporting and financial data governance experience.
• Experience supporting HR, Finance, and Supply Chain areas such as Talent Management and GL.
• Extensive knowledge of Workday Security setup and role-based permissions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong problem-solving and independent work in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of advanced cross-functional reporting solutions using Workday reports, dashboards, and Office Connect.
• Analyze requirements, identify data sources, validate logic, and design sustainable reporting designs.
• Architect, builds, and maintains Prism Analytics pipelines and Accounting Center solutions for real-time insights.
• Maintain complex, effective-dated financial reports across consolidations with SOX compliance.
• Troubleshoot reporting issues related to security, effective dating, calculated fields, data lineage, and scheduling.
• Uphold reporting standards, naming conventions, documentation, and governance routines.
• Build customized Workday Reports (Matrix, Advanced, Composite) to meet stakeholders.
• Mentor report writers and analysts; lead knowledge transfer sessions.
