Job summary

Anthropic Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our Finance Systems team. You will serve as the internal functional lead for Workday Financials, owning the Financial Data Model, Chart of Accounts, and dimensional structures to support financial reporting.

You will develop Prism Analytics and Accounting Center solutions, gather requirements, and build reporting capabilities in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in finance systems, ERP implementations, or business systems analysis.
• 5+ years hands-on Workday Financials experience.
• Strong Workday FDM design, Worktags, hierarchies, and Accounting Books knowledge.
• Experience with Workday Prism Analytics for data modeling, source integration, reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as internal functional lead for Workday Financials, guiding configuration decisions and validating designs.
• Own design and configuration of the Financial Data Model and Chart of Accounts for GAAP and management reporting.
• Develop Prism Analytics and Accounting Center solutions, integrating with external data sources like BigQuery.
• Gather requirements and translate them into executive dashboards and analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful Workday adoption and data integrity.
