Atlas Search, a media and entertainment company in New York City, is seeking a Senior Analyst, Finance Systems to design and support financial reporting for corporate and divisional teams. You will lead end-to-end reporting projects, partner with Workday reporting teams, and drive modernization using OfficeConnect, Adaptive Planning, and AI tools.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in accounting, finance, financial reporting or related work
• Deep understanding of financial accounting and its related processes
• Strong communicator, comfortable presenting to leadership on modernizing and streamlining legacy processes
• Creative, unconventional problem-solver
• Familiarity with AI tools and a desire to use them in reporting and planning
• Able to coordinate colleagues across time zones while handling several complex projects at once
• Preferred: Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, OfficeConnect and Foundation Data Model (FDM); bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance

Aufgaben

• Run reporting projects end to end: planning, fit-gap analysis, requirements, design, testing and rollout
• Serve as finance’s primary contact with the Workday reporting team and lead Workday/OfficeConnect reporting
• Build and maintain financial reports using OfficeConnect, Adaptive Planning and AI tools
• Validate data and report output for accuracy
• Help divisional finance troubleshoot reporting issues, and meet with finance teams regularly to find pain points and opportunities
• Support corporate finance on internal and external reporting
• Spot where AI and Adaptive Planning can automate manual steps and modernize existing workflows
