Wealthspire Advisors LLC is seeking a seasoned Workday Finance lead to own configuration, security, and reporting across core FIN modules. You will partner with Corporate IT and external vendors to drive end‑to‑end process design, testing, and deployment.

The role requires delivering scalable, compliant financial processes and insightful dashboards to leadership. You will manage releases, ensure data governance, and support global finance operations while maintaining a customer‑centric mindset

Qualifications

• Direct, hands‑on Workday Financials experience required.
• Experience with cross‑functional Workday administration.
• Experience managing Workday release cycles (regression testing, UAT).
• Advanced Workday reporting including dashboards and calculated fields.
• Experience with mass data uploads using EIB and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of Finance operations and compliance.

Responsabilités

• Own Workday Finance module configuration across Accounting, Treasury, Tax, FP&A, Budgeting & Forecasting, AP, Billing, and Reporting.
• Architect business processes, security roles, and validation controls; document requirements.
• Lead test validation and test scripts across environments; partner with IT and vendors on integrations.
• Drive redesign and automation to streamline manual processes; focus on scalability and efficiency.
• Support period‑end close, budgeting cycles, and global finance transactions in Workday.
