Job summary

Bottomline is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, Product FP&A to join our Global Finance team. You will partner with Product and business leaders to deliver insights that drive strategic decisions and improve profitability.

You will help manage forecasting, budgeting, and reporting, building revenue models and KPI dashboards to support growth and ARR optimization. This role requires collaboration across Product, Sales, CS, Delivery, and Accounting in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business.
• 4+ years of FP&A or related experience.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models, ARR, bookings, renewals.
• Advanced financial modelling, forecasting and analytics.
• Strong commercial acumen linking operations to finance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence.
• Proven ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and high quality financial analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills and complex modeling experience.
• Self-motivated and eager to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic finance partner to Product and business leaders with actionable insights.
• Support financial management of product portfolios focusing on recurring revenue and profitability.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, CS, Delivery, and Accounting to evaluate investments and pricing.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes.
• Develop revenue models linking drivers to outcomes and scenario planning.
• Drive annual plans, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning.
• Analyse performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend improvements.
• Create KPI dashboards and executive reporting from complex data.
• Present findings to senior leaders to influence decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and automate reporting.
