Workday, Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst to own the analytics that explain how our products drive growth. You will enable data-driven decisions and centralize reporting into a single source of truth, partnering with Enterprise Data Analytics and Product Finance.

The role requires strong SQL skills, collaboration across Finance, Product, and GTM, and the ability to translate complex data into clear narratives for senior leadership. You’ll automate reporting and scale processes with AI tools.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of related progressive experience across strategic finance or data analytics.
• Hands-on SQL experience and a track record of turning data into clear, compelling narratives.

Mansioni

• Own product performance reporting and KPI views.
• Deliver recurring reporting views on product KPIs (Bookings/ARR, attach rates, win rates, discounting).
• Shape the narrative and evolve content with product strategy.
• Lead deep dives on executive questions and provide defensible answers.
• Partner with Enterprise Data Analytics and Product Finance on data definitions and measurements.
• Automate and scale reporting workflows, exploring AI tools as a force multiplier.
