Job summary

United Rentals is seeking a Tools Product Development Manager for Corpus Christi, TX, to act as the single point of contact for Tools & Industrial products and services, supporting our internal sales team with expert knowledge and consultative selling.

You will educate internal teams, train stakeholders, and collaborate with account managers to tailor solutions for large customers. Travel up to 80% is required, with a focus on growth and market share across districts.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
7+ years of solutions selling experience in industrial sectors.
Strong knowledge of Tools & Industrial Solutions products for rental markets.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel 80%.
Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficient with SFDC, Dodge, PEC or similar CRM tools.

Responsibilities

Develop and grow Tools & Industrial market share within districts or geography.
Collaborate with Account Managers and Sales Reps to tailor solutions for large customers.
Lead training to create awareness and drive growth in Tools & Industrial Solutions.
Assist with complex sales calls as subject matter expert and quote projects.
Support sales through leads and information tools (SFDC, Dodge, PEC).
Drive knowledge sharing across business units on applications and solutions.
