Job summary

Intuitive Machines seeks a Senior Labor Compliance Specialist to own the company’s timekeeping and labor-charging compliance program within Finance. The role liaises with Payroll, HR, Contracts, Legal, and Program Management and ensures complete, accurate information prior to payroll cutoffs.

The successful candidate will work independently, apply sound judgment, and escalate issues as needed to protect compliance and audit readiness across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience with timekeeping systems and labor-charging processes.
• Ability to develop audit-ready documentation and provide guidance to teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer the timekeeping and labor-charging compliance program across units and locations.
• Monitor timekeeping activity for completeness, timeliness and approvals.
• Review exception reports and resolve missing or late timecards before deadlines.
• Identify unusual charging patterns for review and maintain supporting documentation.
• Investigate discrepancies in collaboration with Finance and program leadership.
