Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Workforce Compliance Manager to own end-to-end, multi-jurisdiction compliance programs across the US and Canada. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering and Operations to ensure regulatory accuracy and scalable delivery.

You will lead AI-enabled compliance initiatives, mentor analysts, and shape the roadmap to proactively address evolving payroll and employment laws while aligning with business goals.

Qualifications

• Evidence-based experience leading multi-jurisdiction compliance programs.
• Ability to translate complex regulations into actionable product requirements.
• Experience applying AI to accelerate compliance research and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define monitoring coverage and standards for compliance programs across domains.
• Lead complex research across jurisdictions; mentor analysts on methods.
• Own end-to-end requirements for multi-jurisdiction programs with product/engineering.
• Lead delivery of cross-functional compliance initiatives with stakeholders.
• Shape the compliance roadmap with product leadership and regulatory trends.
• Identify and pilot AI-driven compliance solutions to expand coverage.
• Review product configurations for regulatory alignment and remediation.
• Drive documentation, playbooks, and audit readiness across the team.
• Lead adoption of AI tools and validate outputs for reliability.
