Intuit Inc. seeks a Workforce Compliance Manager to own end-to-end compliance programs across the US and Canada, partnering with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Operations.

You will shape monitoring strategies, research standards, and AI-enabled workflows to expand regulatory coverage while reducing manual effort. You will mentor analysts, drive regulatory alignment with product roadmaps, and ensure audit readiness across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in payroll compliance, employment law interpretation, or regulatory research.
• Ability to lead complex, multi-jurisdiction compliance programs from research through implementation.
• Experience applying AI tools to accelerate research, build scalable compliance workflows, and improve team output quality.
• Ability to connect regulatory developments to product strategy and advise leadership on priorities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Define monitoring coverage across domains and expand regulatory detection capability.
• Lead complex compliance research across multiple jurisdictions and employment law domains, mentor analysts.
• Own end-to-end requirements for multi-jurisdiction programs including employment law, payroll rules, and workforce configurations.
• Lead delivery of complex compliance programs across Product, Engineering, Legal, and Operations.
• Partner with Product leadership to shape the compliance roadmap and ensure regulatory changes are reflected in planning.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI across compliance monitoring, research, and implementation.
• Lead reviews of product setups to ensure alignment with current regulatory requirements, and coordinate remediation of gaps.
• Drive AI-assisted compliance workflows and evaluate AI-generated detections for reliability.
