Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in workforce administration, payroll support, or operations coordination.
• Experience with timekeeping, workforce management, payroll, or ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Track and administer employee timekeeping across multi-site field operations.
• Validate, reconcile, and report labor hours for client invoicing and budgeting.
• Support payroll processes and resolve discrepancies with HR and Finance.
• Maintain accurate records and run routine labor analytics for management.
