Job summary

ALO seeks a Manager, International Payroll Time & Attendance to guide global time and attendance implementations and enhancements. You will work with Payroll, HR, Finance, and Legal to gather, document and translate requirements reflecting local regulations and company policies.

You will lead UAT, define test scenarios, and coordinate delivery across countries, ensuring solutions meet requirements before go-live and maintaining documentation for ongoing governance.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting global time and attendance systems across multiple countries.
• Strong knowledge of time capture, pay rules, overtime, breaks, leave and accruals and their payroll impact.
• Experience gathering requirements from stakeholders and translating into functional specs for configuration teams.
• Ability to interpret country-specific requirements with local Payroll, HR and Legal stakeholders.
• Experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management or similar platforms and coordinating with services/providers.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering for global time and attendance implementations and enhancements across multiple markets.
• Partner with Payroll, HR, Finance, Legal and other stakeholders to document requirements on time capture, pay rules, overtime, breaks, leave, accruals, and related policies.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for configuration teams and resolve gaps.
• Lead user acceptance testing, test planning, stakeholder participation, defect resolution and readiness for sign-off.
• Coordinate implementation, timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder decisions; escalate issues affecting payroll accuracy.
• Develop and maintain UAT plans and test scenarios mapping to approved requirements and country rules.
