Job summary

ALO is seeking a Manager, International Payroll Time & Attendance to lead global time and attendance implementations and enhancements. You will coordinate with Payroll, HR, Finance, Legal, and configuration teams to gather requirements reflecting local laws and company policy, translate them into functional specs, and drive testing readiness.

The role requires strong project coordination, excellent communication, and experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management or similar platforms across

Qualifications

• Experience supporting global workforce management or time and attendance systems across multiple countries.
• Ability to gather requirements from cross-functional stakeholders and translate to clear specs for configuration teams.
• Experience coordinating with Payroll, HR, Finance, Legal and external providers.
• Knowledge of time capture, pay rules, overtime, breaks, leave and accruals in payroll context.
• Experience developing and executing UAT plans and defect management.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering for global time and attendance implementations and enhancements across multiple markets.
• Partner with Payroll, HR, Finance, Legal and other stakeholders to document time capture, pay rules, overtime, breaks, leave and accruals requirements.
• Evaluate requirements for gaps, resolve dependencies, obtain agreement before configuration.
• Translate business requirements into functional specs for configuration teams with calculations and examples.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and configuration teams, supporting questions and alignment.
• Coordinate implementation and testing activities, tracking timelines, deliverables, and risks to payroll accuracy.
• Develop and maintain UAT plans and test scenarios mapping to approved requirements for country-specific rules.
