Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with Time & Attendance applications, Workday a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of timekeeping processes, including time capture methods, pay rules, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience integrating with Dormakaba, PeopleSoft, Marine Exchange (MXP), and/or OneView.
• Experience in a SOX-controlled IT environment with strong internal controls.

Aufgaben

• Participate in fleet rollout of the Time & Attendance system and related modules.
• Collaborate with HR, payroll, and operations to integrate the system with other enterprise apps.
• Configure pay rules, shift schedules, and leave policies in the system.
• Migrate historical data from legacy systems to the new Time & Attendance solution.
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards to monitor KPIs.
