Job summary

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. in Miami is seeking an experienced Time & Attendance specialist to design, implement, and maintain the Time & Attendance system across the enterprise.

You will work with HR, payroll, and shipboard operations to capture requirements and ensure accurate timekeeping, pay rules, and compliance. The role requires extensive hands-on experience with Time & Attendance platforms, SOX controls, and collaboration with vendors to deliver reliable, auditable processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with Time & Attendance applications.
• Knowledge of timekeeping, pay rules, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with integrating with Dormakaba, PeopleSoft, Marine Exchange (MXP), and OneView.
• Experience in a SOX-compliant IT environment.
• Knowledge of ILO standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in fleet rollout of the Time & Attendance system and related modules, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with HR, payroll, and operations to integrate the system with other enterprise systems.
• Configure pay rules, shift schedules, and leave policies in the Time & Attendance system.
• Migrate historical data from legacy systems and ensure data integrity.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes via enhancements and automation.
• Stay current on labor laws and industry standards to maintain compliance.
• Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and troubleshooting for the system.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor system performance.
• Work with vendors to meet timelines and budgets.
• Create and maintain system documentation and user guides.
• Provide end-user training and support.
