Job summary

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. seeks a skilled Time & Attendance specialist to design, implement, and maintain our Time & Attendance solution across the enterprise.

You will partner with HR, payroll, and operations to gather requirements, configure rules, and ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems. You will migrate data from legacy platforms, enforce regulatory compliance, and drive automation to improve workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Time & Attendance applications, Workday a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of timekeeping processes, pay rules, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Experience integrating with Dormakaba, PeopleSoft, Marine Exchange (MXP), and/or OneView.
• SOX environment with IT general controls experience.
• Knowledge of ILO standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in fleet rollout of the Time & Attendance system and related modules.
• Collaborate with HR, payroll, and operations to integrate systems.
• Configure pay rules, shift schedules, and leave policies in the Time & Attendance system.
• Migrate historical data from legacy systems while ensuring data integrity.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes through automation and workflow improvements.
• Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and troubleshooting for the system.
• Develop dashboards and performance metrics to monitor system health and KPIs.
• Work with vendors/third‑party providers to meet timelines and budgets.
• Create and maintain system documentation and user guides.
• Provide end-user training and support as needed.
