Qualifications

• Proven experience translating business needs into HR technology roadmaps for shipboard operations.
• Strong knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Absence Management, and Learning processes.
• Experience delivering and supporting HR platforms like Workday and MAPS with integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of HR/Payroll product enhancements across Workday, MAPS, and integrations.
• Ensure secure, compliant operations for shipboard HR platforms and releases.
• Provide organizational leadership and develop capability plans for the team.
