Job summary

Norwegian Cruise Line is seeking a Sr Systems Analyst to design, implement, and maintain the Time & Attendance application within Corporate Applications. You will partner with shore and shipside teams to define requirements and ensure compliance with SOX controls.

Responsibilities include fleet rollout participation, HR/payroll/ops integration, data migration accuracy, system configuration of pay rules, schedules, and leave policies, plus creating dashboards and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Time & Attendance applications; Workday a plus.
• Experience with integration to Dormakaba, PeopleSoft, Marine Exchange (MXP), and OneView.
• Experience in SOX-compliant IT environments.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the fleet rollout of the Time & Attendance system and related modules.
• Collaborate with HR, payroll, and operations to integrate the Time & Attendance system with other enterprise systems.
• Configure the Time & Attendance system for pay rules, shift schedules, and leave policies.
• Migrate and validate historical Time & Attendance data from legacy systems.
• Identify process improvements through automation and workflow enhancements.
• Maintain system documentation and provide user training as needed.
