Job summary

DataPerk is seeking a Tier 3 Systems Administrator to act as a senior technical resource across client environments in a fast-paced MSP setting. You will resolve complex escalations, lead infrastructure projects, and mentor service desk staff while helping clients leverage technology for business goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
7+ years of progressive IT infrastructure and systems administration experience.
Previous MSP experience strongly preferred.
Proven ability to manage complex technical issues independently.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
Experience leading technical projects and mentoring other technicians.

Responsibilities

Serve as final escalation point for Tier 1 and Tier 2 support teams.
Lead infrastructure projects including server deployments and cloud migrations.
Mentor service desk staff and junior engineers.
Maintain detailed documentation and knowledge base articles.
Communicate effectively with clients in technical and non-technical language.
