Qualifications
- 4+ years of IT support experience.
- 2+ years at Tier 2 level or higher.
- Strong Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Excellent client-facing and phone communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot Exchange Online, Intune, Entra ID, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Handle deeper issues including Intune policies and organization-wide SharePoint problems.
- Perform root-cause analysis and implement long-term fixes.
- Participate in M365 rollouts, tenant cleanups, and modernization projects.
- Mentor Tier 1 technicians and serve as escalation resource.
- Document technical solutions and procedures.
- Provide client-facing support over the phone.
- Occasionally troubleshoot VPN, DNS, networking, and Windows Server issues.
