Job summary
World Wide Technology (WWT) seeks an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform specialist to provide Tier 3 support across Dynamics 365 environments. You will troubleshoot incidents, manage security configurations, and partner with Microsoft Support as needed.
The role emphasizes ITIL-aligned processes and continuous knowledge sharing. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in a technical support role, hands-on experience with Dataverse, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot
Qualifications
- 7+ years in a technical support role focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- Strong troubleshooting, RCA, and documentation skills.
- Independent ownership and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with ITIL Incident, Problem, Change Management.
- On-call rotation availability for after-hours support.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 CE administration and Power Platform admin center.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting Dataverse security and model-driven apps.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 3 support for Dynamics 365 environments, handling escalations.
- Manage security configurations, roles, and Entra ID troubleshooting.
- Lead end-to-end incident resolution with RCA and documented solutions.
- Create and manage support tickets with Microsoft Support when needed.
- Assist with Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Dataverse configurations.
- Maintain client Dynamics 365 environments and perform health checks.
- Document troubleshooting steps and knowledge base updates per ITIL.
- Coordinate with Tier 1/2 teams for knowledge transfer and escalations.
