Job summary

Bowman Williams is seeking a Systems Engineer for a single high-profile client, offering ownership of escalations and ongoing infrastructure improvements. The role focuses on Microsoft cloud, networking, endpoint management, and hybrid work arrangements.

You will work with senior engineers and directly communicate with client stakeholders, handling deployments, migrations, and day-to-day technical ownership in a fast-paced MSP environment.

Qualifications

• MS 365 and Azure expertise with client-focused support.
• Experience with MFA and conditional access best practices.
• Comfortable owning escalations and coordinating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as dedicated technical resource for one high-profile client.
• Handle Tier 2/3 escalations across Microsoft, networking, and endpoints.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Azure, and Entra ID; configure CA policies.
• Manage Intune/MDM and Microsoft Cloud PC environments.
• Support Windows Server 2016+ and mixed Windows/macOS environments.
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, tickets and time entries.
